Welcome to PHIIT.


We are Group and Personal Training studio, offering Strength and Conditioning sessions for all levels of fitness, specifically in HIIT (high-intensity interval training). We also offer 1:1 and 2:1 Personal Training to suit your specific needs and fitness goals.

Everything we do here is supported by our 3 Pillars:

Our programs are designed to challenge and empower you in your training journey, with a strong focus on improving your overall wellness both inside and outside the gym.
